- Terms of Service: Explicitly prohibit uploading, sharing or soliciting CSAM
- Community Guidelines: Prohibit child nudity, grooming, harassment of minors and content that exploits minors

3. In-App Reporting Mechanism
How to Report
- Tap the "..." button on a suspicious post, comment or profile
- Select "Report"
- Choose the reason: "Child abuse" or "Sexual content"
- Add a description (e.g. predatory comments, explicit images)
- Send — the report is anonymous and reaches our team within minutes
Direct Reporting
To report CSAM content, an immediate threat of harm or suspected grooming, write directly to support@whichone.social with a link or description.
4. Actions on CSAM Content
Automated Moderation
- Uploaded content is automatically analyzed with image recognition services (AWS Rekognition) to identify prohibited categories (nudity, violence, explicit content)
- Content that exceeds the detection threshold is automatically hidden from the feed
- When 3 independent reports concern the same content, it is automatically hidden
Human Review
- Human reports of suspected CSAM are reviewed with the highest priority
- Target response time: within 24 hours
- Confirmed violations → content removed immediately
Reporting to the Authorities
When we discover or receive a report of CSAM:
- We preserve the evidence (hashes, metadata, context)
- We immediately report to the competent authorities (the Italian Postal and Communications Police and the Public Prosecutor's Office) through institutional channels
- We notify the Italian Postal Police where Italian servers/users are involved
- We permanently delete the account of the responsible user
- We cooperate fully with the authorities in their investigations
5. Actions on Accounts and Users
Grooming and Online Solicitation
Any user suspected of soliciting sexual content from minors, sending predatory private messages, or contacting minors for sexual purposes:
- Is immediately suspended
- All private messages are preserved as evidence
- The case is reported to the competent authorities (the Italian Postal and Communications Police and the Public Prosecutor's Office)
- Is permanently banned and cannot create new accounts
Minors Who Upload Sexual Content of Themselves
If we discover that a minor has uploaded sexual photos/videos of themselves:
- The content is removed immediately
- The account is suspended (not deleted, because the minor is a victim)
- We offer support resources (contacts for cyberbullying and abuse)
- We inform parents/guardians where reachable
- We report the case to the competent authorities (the Italian Postal and Communications Police and the Public Prosecutor's Office) for the protection of the minor
