1. Acceptance of the Terms
By using WhichOne, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept the terms, do not use the app.
2. Access Requirements
Minimum Age
WhichOne is available to users aged 18 or older. By registering, you certify that you are at least 18 years old. You are prohibited from creating accounts on behalf of minors.
Authentication
You can register using:
- Email or phone number with a one-time verification code
- Sign in with Apple
- Sign in with Google
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out with your account.
3. User-Generated Content
Ownership
You retain all rights to the content you upload (photos, videos, text). We do not acquire or claim ownership of your content.
License
By uploading content to WhichOne, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute and display your content for the purpose of operating the service, including display in public feeds, comments, polls and tournaments.
Prohibited Content
You may not upload:
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or the intellectual property of others
- Violent, threatening or hateful content
- Nudity, sexually explicit content or sexual exploitation
- Personal information of third parties without consent
- Spam, phishing or malware
- Content that exploits or harms minors
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Harass, intimidate or threaten other users
- Attempt to access unauthorized features or data
- Post misleading content or fake identities
- Share third-party login credentials
- Circumvent security or moderation mechanisms
- Automate access or voting (bots, scripts)
5. Moderation and Suspension
Moderation combines automated systems (analysis of uploaded images and report thresholds) with human review. We reserve the right to:
- Remove content that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines
- Suspend or terminate your account in case of serious or repeated violations
- Block accounts used for harassment, spam or fraud
- Share information with law enforcement where required by law

6. Intellectual Property
WhichOne, its logo, interface and all features are the exclusive property of the service owner, Pierantonio Petralia, and are protected by copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. You have no right to copy, modify or distribute any part of the service without written authorization.
7. Disclaimers
WhichOne is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability of the service (downtime, updates, discontinuation)
- Error-free operation or uninterrupted functionality
- Complete protection from inappropriate content despite our efforts
- Absolute confidentiality of data (beyond our legal obligations)
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Loss of data, profits or business opportunities
- Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
- Content uploaded by, or the behavior of, other users
- Unauthorized access to your account (where due to your negligence)
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic and the European Union. For users acting as consumers, jurisdiction lies with the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy (art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code); the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence remain unaffected. For any other dispute, the Italian courts have jurisdiction.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms. Changes will be published on this page with the date of update; for material changes we will give reasonable advance notice through the app or by email. If you do not accept the changes, you can stop using the service and delete your account at any time; continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
